Graphical visualization of the downtimes along a time axes.

It occurs very often that all turbines of one windfarm are at the same time effected by certain external influences. In case of further error analysis it is important to be aware of the presence of those possible windfarm-wide events.

This module plots the availability of each turbine in one timeline to make the identification more easy.
